1. Where We Ship
Silora currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.

2. Order Processing Times

All orders are shipped by 1:00 PM GMT on business days.

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has cleared.

Total delivery time (processing + transit) is typically 3–6 business days (Mon–Fri).

Orders placed after 1:00 PM Friday or on UK public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders — no minimum spend required.
4. Tracking & Delivery Updates

Every order receives a tracking number automatically via email once the shipping label is created.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, contact us at contact@silora.co.uk and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
Parcels returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once corrected details are provided; reshipping fees may apply.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Parcels

Damaged on arrival: Please email contact@silora.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the packaging and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Marked “delivered” but not received: Check with neighbours or your local delivery depot. If still missing, notify us within 7 days so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Claims submitted after these windows may be declined by the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to assist.
7. Split or Multiple Shipments
For large or multi-item orders, products may ship separately to comply with carrier size limits.
You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel at no additional cost.
8. Holiday & Sale Periods
During high-volume periods (e.g., Boxing Day or Black Friday sales), dispatch may require an additional 1–2 business days.
We’ll post updates on our website banner and in your order status emails.
