Most bedding bundles are the cheap stuff a sheet and a couple of covers. This one leads with the 10cm mattress topper the single item that actually changes how your bed feels and builds the rest of the bed around it.

What arrives

• 1 × 10cm deep mattress topper — microfibre fill, elasticated corner straps
• 1 × 40cm deep fitted sheet — fully elasticated microfibre
• 2 × medium-support pillows — UK standard, 48 × 74cm
• 2 × quilted pillow protectors — zipped, anti-allergy

Start with the topper

10cm of microfibre loft sits on top of your existing mattress, cushioning the hips and shoulders and levelling out years of wear. Most high-street toppers stop at 3–5cm enough to feel softer, not enough to change how a worn mattress supports you. At 10cm the topper absorbs the shape underneath instead of transmitting it.

Then the sheet that fits over it

Standard fitted sheets fail the moment you add a topper the corners ride up and you wake on bare mattress. The 40cm pocket here is cut for exactly that, and elasticated the whole way round rather than just at the corners, so it grips evenly and stays put.

Then the pillows, protected from day one

Two medium-support microfibre pillows with zipped quilted protectors already on them. Medium is the setting hotels standardise on firm enough to hold your head in line with your spine, soft enough to sink into, and it works whether you sleep on your side, back or front.

Care

Everything in the bundle machine washes at 40°C and tumble dries low. One cycle refreshes the whole bed.

On delivery: The topper ships vacuum-compressed. Unpack it, lay it flat, and allow 24–48 hours for the fill to reach full loft.
